Case IH Maxxum® Series tractors combine efficient power with operator convenience to handle the large workload and multiple tasks of livestock operations, row-crop applications and roadside mowing.
For the more economy-minded, Case IH offers three high-value Maxxum models — the 110, 115 and 125. These models share many features with their cousins. The Maxxum 110, 115 and 125 feature mechanical engines with minimal electronics for simple, responsive control and horsepower without the extras. These models use a mechanically governed, rotary fuel-injection pump with two valves per cylinder.Maxxum Pro Engines
The five Maxxum Pro models include an impressive list of features that generate added productivity. They use an electronic common rail fuel system and four valves per cylinder to generate:
More power
Fast response and improved fuel economy
Low noise and exhaust
And Maxxum Pro models provide a Power Boost up to 25 hp (18.7 kW) at rated speed with the electronic Engine Power Management system to get you through tough terrain or dense crops.
TRANSMISSIONSMaxxum® Series transmissions allow you to take on tough tasks with ease and efficiency. A dedicated Power Shuttle on the left-hand side of the steering column provides clutchless forward/reverse shifting and fast cycle times (16 x 16, 17 x 16 and 24 x 24 transmissions only) — a real time-saver during repetitive loader chores. Available on Maxxum Pro models only, a 17th EconoGear™ enhances fuel economy at top road speeds. A creeper is available on three of the Maxxum transmissions to create a 24 x 24, 48 x 48 or 32 x 32 transmission that provides a selection of extra-slow speeds.16 x 16 Semi-Powershift Transmission
Standard on all Maxxum Pro models and optional on the Maxxum 110, 115 and 125, this transmission provides four Powershifts in each of four ranges. A combination gear/throttle lever on the right-hand console of cab models includes a Powershift switch and a range-change push button. On Pro models, this transmission also features:
AutoShift™ to automatically shift up or down within field or road range based on speed and load
Memory shuttle mode that selects the last forward/reverse speed used
Speed matching for automatic selection of a gear based on speed and load
12 x 12 Syncroshift Transmission
Providing simplicity of operation, rugged reliability and economical operation are hallmarks of the Maxxum Series tractors. A 12 x 12 Synchroshift™ transmission with mechanical shuttle is standard equipment on the Maxxum.24 x 24 Transmission With Two-Speed Powershift
Available as an option on the Maxxum 110, 115 and 125 is a 24 x 24 transmission with two-speed Powershift. This flexible transmission provides you with three ranges, with four gears in each range.Switch the Powershift to the low side for increased torque and an 18 percent speed decrease using a switch on the throttle or a duplicate control on the “handrail.” Ten gears are available in the 2.5- to 7.5-mph (4.0- to 12.1-kph) speed range.
HYDRAULICSMaxxum® Series tractors are designed with two separate hydraulic pumps. One is devoted exclusively to steering and lubrication. A second pump is dedicated power for hitch and remote valves. This two-pump design means you get greater productivity from your Maxxum tractor, with a maximum hydraulic flow of up to 37 gpm (140 Lpm) at the hitch and remotes.3-Point Hitch
Plenty of 3-point hitch capacity allows you to handle heavy mounted implements. All models feature:
Lower-link draft sensing
Adjustable turnbuckles
Telescoping stabilizers to control sway
Flexible link ends for quicker connections
Rear remote switches located on both rear fenders are standard on cab models, while the automatic end-of-row function on Maxxum Pro models allows you to achieve one-button control of the 3-point hitch, transmission gear selection, engine speed and hydraulic remote valves.Hydraulic Feature and Options
A pressure-flow-compensating (PFC) system and 26.5-gpm (100-Lpm) pump, along with a 10.5-gpm (40-Lpm) steering system and electronic draft control, are standard on Maxxum Pro models.Maxxum 110, 115 and 125 Value models feature:
Two or three open-center remotes
A 16.6-gpm (63-Lpm) fixed displacement pump
A 10.5-gpm (40 Lpm) steering system
Mechanical draft control
Two, three or four closed-center, electro-hydraulic remotes with flow control are optional on Maxxum Pro models. The optional mid-mount loader valve is available with joystick control.
AXLESTo offer the widest range of options for your unique application, Maxxum® Series tractors provide you with a choice of front axles: a 2WD heavy-duty adjustable axle, an MFD axle and a Suspended axle (Maxxum Pro models only). The rugged rear axle features a heavy-duty, wet-plate differential lock, with electro-hydraulic engagement. The flange axle is standard with a 98-in. (2,490-mm) bar axle optional.2WD Axle
The 2WD heavy-duty axle offers a telescoping axle beam that adjusts from 62.2 to 86.2 in. (18.9 to 26.2 m). It offers a 55-degree turn angle, 11-degree axle oscillation, along with an eight-bolt hub with heavy-duty spindle.MFD Axle
For enhanced productivity in demanding operations, the outboard planetary front MFD axle offers a 55-degree turn angle, 12-degree axle oscillation and fully locking front differential. Automatic MFD and differential lock engagement are standard on Maxxum Pro models.Suspended Front Axle (Maxxum Pro Models Only)
A suspended front axle rides smoothly over rough terrain, delivering more power to the ground. The system allows for almost four inches (102 mm) of travel to absorb shocks and improve ride quality and steering control by providing better ground contact.
CAB/CONTROLS
Visibility, comfort and space set the Maxxum® Series tractor cab apart from the competition. The industry’s most impressive cab comes standard with:
Air conditioning
63 sq. ft. (5.85 sq. m) of glass, plus a high-visibility glass panel in the roof
Plenty of legroom and dual, wide-opening doors for easy entry
An easy-to-understand instrument panel displays critical information — with analog and digital gauges. Seat- and handrail-mounted controls are easy to use and grouped by function to make operation easy. Storage compartments, cupholders and power sources are available for personal items, beverages and phones.Maxxum 110, 115 and 125 Cabs

SERVICE
Simple service access is part of the Maxxum Series tractor design, making it easy for you to complete maintenance tasks in record time. That means you spend less time working on a Maxxum, and it spends more time working for you.Automatic engine shutdown protection is standard on all Maxxum Pro models, offering a level of security and reducing the potential for costly repairs. There’s no need to raise the hood to check and fill engine oil. Ground-level access to fluid checkpoints and sight gauges makes daily service checks easy. A 600-hour oil change interval reduces downtime and operating costs. The one-piece, flip-up hood raises on gas struts to expose engine components for fast inspection, while the slide-out air-conditioning condenser allows for fast radiator clean-out.
